WARRANTY:  1st Choice IT, Inc provides warranty coverage for hardware that is provided, installed and configured solely by 1st Choice IT, Inc. Client supplied hardware is not covered by warranty.  Unauthorized tampering with hardware will immediately void any and all warranties.

BUYER BEWARE:  1st Choice IT, Inc does not provide software warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.  Software is sold and installed “as -is” and the user must look to the developer for warranty coverage. Purchase, installation and configuration of software on behalf of a client neither implies nor warrants that the software will function as perceived or expected by the client. 1st Choice IT, Inc is not responsible for incidental,  consequential or economic loss arising out of, or related to hardware, software, customization or training  provided. Client recognizes their responsibility to test all programs before relying on them.

HOLD HARMLESS:  1st Choice IT, Inc serves at the pleasure of the client and assumes no liability for the performance of, or interruption in, client’s business due to hardware or software function or malfunction. In case of litigation the prevailing party is entitled to reimbursement of ALL legal, court and attorney fees by the losing party.


Return Policy

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN (RMA) NUMBER. All goods received without an RMA # will be refused. Goods must be returned in original packing with all manuals and accessories. Any missing items will be charged to your account.  Software or anything of that nature cannot be returned or refunded for any reason. If dissatisfied and approved by 1st Choice IT - unless negotiated otherwise and state on the invoice - a 75% money back guarantee will be honored if returned to our facility within 10 days minus shipping and handling fees; 

if returned on day 1-10, a 25% restocking fee will be charged.       

No return or refund after 30 days.                                             

No returns on software purchases or anything of that nature       

Shipping charges are responsibility of the shipper on any return goods or trade in items. Trade in items must arrive to our office within 30 days from date of receipt of new products otherwise credit will not be honored. Absolutely no returns on activated software, refurbished or special order items. 1st Choice IT, Inc reserves the right of ownership of all invoiced items until payment is received in full.
